FAQ's
How does color selection work? After checkout, we'll send a quick survey asking how many of each color you want. If we don't hear back within 3 days, we'll send a mix of 2 of each color so you have variety.
What about embroidery for the Personalized tier? The same survey collects the names or initials for each bag. We'll send proofs before stitching so you can confirm.
How long does shipping take? Standard Crew Pack ships within 2 business days. Personalized Crew Pack ships in approximately 2 weeks (custom embroidery takes time to do right).
Can I exchange one of the bags if a friend wants a different color? Yes — same 60-day return window applies. Just reach out and we'll make it right.
Is this in addition to the regular bundle discount? The Crew Pack is our biggest discount on the totepack, there's no further stacking, but you're already saving $145 ($295 if personalized vs. à la carte + custom).
Can I customize which colors and how many of each? Yes, any combination of Aqua, Bone, and Slate that adds up to 6. Six of one color is fine too.
