Shipment Processing Time
We ship next business day from Portland, Oregon!
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days (though that’s rare).
All shipments are guaranteed.

Keep an eye on your tracking information so you can plan to receive your package when it arrives!
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99 (excluding expedited shipping or unusually large orders where shipping exceeds $25).
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.
International Shipping Policy
⚠️ For international orders (outside USA), we do not cover VAT or import duties, which vary by country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We currently ship worldwide! If you’re able to complete our checkout, you’re good to go.
We’ve partnered with Shopify to offer international customers the best possible shipping rates.
Our international shipments do not include customs fees - see below for more details on tariff.
At this time, we only accept international returns in special circumstances.

Tariffs
For UK tariffs often don't apply to our products as most orders fall below the value threshold.
In the EU and other countries, duties will need to be paid by the receiver.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers should become active within 24 hours.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be in new condition (free of chalk marks, visible use, or damage).
Please email info@megabetaclimbing.com describing your situation. We’ll likely email you a prepaid return label for ease and convenience.
Return shipping is covered for any defective or unusual failures.
At this time, we do not accept international returns, except in special circumstances.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If you believe your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods, then reach out via email.
All shipments are guaranteed. We’ll make sure you get your order or your money back.
Reservations
If you’ve placed a $1 reservation, thank you!
That reservation gives you first access when the product launches. We will not charge your card unless you add the product to your cart and complete checkout.
