Can NotebookLM Summarize a 2.5-hour climbing training podcast?

One of my favorite climbing podcast is the Nugget and the amazing episode with Will Anglin & Matt Jones offer a tons of useful advice.
I used Google's Notebook LM to summarize the 2.5-hour climbing training podcast.
And the results had way more personality than I expected.
You can listen to the full 10 minute audio clip here:
The podcast includes two narrators and a surprisingly conversational tone. I'd say it's closer to the quality of All Things Considered rather than the full production level of This American Life.
Here is one interesting exchange about how to practice effectively following hte Freeze When You Fall Rule from Matt Jones:
“Freeze when you fall.”
A: Okay, so how do we actually practice that? Do we just like stare at the wall and hope that the answers come to us?
B: That's where Matt's "freeze when you fall" rule comes in. Have you heard of this?
A: No, tell me more.
B: It's so simple but so effective. So next time you're bouldering and you fall, yeah, freeze right there in place.
A: Okay.
B: Don't look at the wall. Don't immediately try the move again. Just pause and analyze. Ask yourself, why did I fall?
The AI engine does an amazing job of pulling out actionable highlights and presenting them in a compelling way.
I find much more value in listening to a full episode over the compressed version. That way I can digest it slowly and pull out the resonant ideas for me.
But I find value in reviewing podcasts or articles int his condense way — it can offer different highlights than what I might pick out on my own!
